Consumer Agreement
As a purchaser of products listed on Glazierhotdogs.com, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions. You understand that Upstate distribution Services is a reseller of the products listed on our website. Upstate distribution is in no way affiliated with Glazier Packing Company, Dunkin Donuts, Zacks Jerky, or any other manufacturer or producer of goods in the United States or abroad. Perishable products are shipped frozen. It is expected that you, the buyer, consume perishable products promptly. We reserve the right to substitute specific weights to equal a customer's total weighted order in hotdogs. We may do so depending on the availability of 1lb, 3lb, and 5lb packages. Items out of stock will be refunded automatically.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Paul Johnson Specialty Food ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for submitting any claims to the carrier if any delivery issues arise. All perishable items must be shipped 2-3 day via UPS shipping services as offered. Perishable products are shipped frozen. It is expected that you, the buyer, consume perishable products promptly. We reserve the right to substitute package sizes to fulfill specific poundage, flavor, or quantity orders. Orders received each Wednesday by noon (EST) ship at the beginning of the next week. Orders placed after Wednesday noon (EST) ship on the following week's shipping cycle.
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Paul Johnson Specialty Food reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Paul Johnson Specialty Food will issue refunds for product costs ONLY. The consumer must provide correct shipping addresses, we are not held liable for packages returned due to customer error. Returned shipping for items to us is the responsibility of the consumer.
Any perishable products shipped other than the recommended shipping method for that product are not guaranteed by GlazierHotDog.com and will not be refunded.
